SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders are sent out via USPS and are typically processed within ten business days of the product payment link is closed. We make these products on a campaign basis, or limited edition basis based on order volume. This allows us to provide the best quality merchandise at the best price. 

Delivery time is dependent upon location and typically take 3 business days to arrive from when the oder is processed. It can take up to 21 business days for international orders. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please note that there may be an additional import tax charged on items valued over $25 when delivering outside of the US. Customs may also hold your order, which could result in, longer than estimated shipping times. International delivery times can take up to 21 business days or longer depending on location. If after 30 days your package still has yet to arrive, please call your local post office and email us with your order number and details. Bear in mind your order may be kept at your nearest post office. The customer is responsible for all import duty and tariff charges that may be applied to international orders.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:

Please note that we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders. All orders sent overseas are subject to a refund only return policy if return is allowed. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are based on weight and the shipping destination. Cost structures are based on standard USPS rates and DHL rates for international orders. 

RETURN POLICY:

Returns for full purchase (excluding shipping costs) are not accepted.  All Sales are Final. Items Lost or damaged items can be subjected to a refund if, and only if, the product had issues due to production erros.  Items damaged from transit are not subject to a refund. To provide the best customer service possible, we evaluate each issue is assessed on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your products! 

Please note, shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or damaged from production. 

EXCHANGES:

FAM Networks does not accept exchanges. Should an item be faulty, damaged, or incorrect in any way, it will be subject to our Return Policy. If the wrong size or color was ordered by the customer, a new order must be placed in order to receive the new item. All refunds will be issued once the product has been returned to our facilities.
